French cuisine promotion at Bistro de Champagne Restaurant, IMPACT

Bistro de Champagne Restaurant introduces French Cuisine promotion during the 51st Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair,                        26 February to 2 March, at IMPACT.  Imported ingredients and cooked by a top chef, recommended dishes are:  Tian of Prawns with semi-dried tomatoes and candied ginger; Confit of Salmon Nicoise salad and White Wine Vinaigrette; Monkfish Medallions in seafood coulis and Fondante potatoes; Braised French Veal Cheeks in light curry sauce and wild mushroom risotto; French Muscovy Duck Confit and Mousseline potatoes. The dessert menu included Raspberry Panacotta with Pineapple Compote and Vanilla ice cream, and   Dark Chocolate tart with bourbon Vanilla custard.  Bistro de Champagne Restaurant is located at Lobby IMPACT Challenger 2.
