SET starts off at 737.14 pts, 2.60 pts plus

BANGKOK, 4 January 2010 (NNT) – The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) index today opened at 737.14 points, increasing 2.60 points or 0.35% on the first day operation after the long holidays.

The total trade transaction is 434.24 million THB. The five most active values are:

Loxley opened at 2.54 THB with 0.56 THB drop.

PTTEP opened at 148.50 THB with 1.50 THB rise.

PTTAR opened at 25.50 THB remaining unchanged.

PTT opened at 247.00 THB, increasing 1.00 THB.

BANPU opened at 578.00 THB, a rise of 2.00 THB.

Today’s bullion price is purchased at 17,300 THB per baht weight and sold at 17,400 THB while gold ornament is bought at 17,055 THB and sold at 17,800 THB.
