PTT Plc Ltd has reassured commuters it is not planning to raise its fuel prices this week, given that global prices remain stable.
The Petroleum Authority of Thailand or PTT Vice President for Retail Marketing, Chakrit Charuchinda has revealed that the trend for fuel prices this week is similar to that of last week, adding that no indication has been reported for fuel prices to be hiked this week.
The market margin for diesel has moved up slightly to 1 THB per liter while benzene is now 2 THB per liter. The average market margin for the whole year has been calculated to be only 1.16 THB per liter. Mr. Chakrit stated that if the global oil prices remained the same, PTT would not make any adjustments to the prices.
