TISCO Group Won SET Awards 2011

 

TISCO Financial Group Plc., led by Oranuch Apisaksirikul, CEO, received SET Awards 2011 in “Top Corporate Governance Report Awards” category,  The Award was presented to listed companies with outstanding corporate governance reports considering information disclosed in the Annual Report, Annual Registration Statement (Form 56-1), AGM Notice to shareholders and AGM minutes. The awards were presented by Kittiratt Na-Ranong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce in SET Awards 2011 ceremony at the Stock Exchange of Thailand
