Mr. Choichi Yuki, Managing Director of Mazda Sales (Thailand) Co. Ltd., said Mazda is currently joining forces with allies to expand its network to cover all areas in the country.

Focus is being given to the Greater Bangkok area that is seeing large numbers of new Mazda outlets emerging according to the “One Mazda” policy. “The new policy has been designed to help strengthen the Mazda brand in Thailand as well as deliver integrated service under one standard for the fast-increasing number of customers,” he said.

“We have had great cooperation from Thai Phetchkasem Co. Ltd., which is a long-time tire specialist company and the latest Mazda dealership covering the Bangkhae and Bangyai areas. Mazda is very pleased that Thai Phetchkasem has joined us in our business growth plan and plays an important role in strengthening the Mazda brand in an economic zone that is experiencing high utility growth,” he added.

The new Mazda showroom and service center adopts the all-new MCI (Mazda Corporate Identity) concept that focuses on brand communications and modernism in design, in order to promote Mazda’s “Sustainable Zoom-Zoom” image around the world. The new Mazda showroom on Phetchkasem road is part of Mazda’s plan that includes expanding the dealer network to 150 by the end of 2012. “This will support Mazda’s sales and after sales service activities so that they are of high standards and effectiveness. Mazda is aware that service excellence and creating maximum customer satisfaction are very important issues,” Mr. Yuki said.

Mr. Wallop Jirawattanangkura, Managing Director of Thai Phetchkasem Autocar, said the company has been involved in the automotive business for many decades, especially being a major tire dealership and auto service (one-stop tire service including truck and bus tires).

“We have always adhered to honesty and fairness to customers and today we are proud to expand our business by becoming a dealership for Mazda, which is a brand that comes with outstanding qualities and performance, along with unique design. And the person who is most suitable to continue the company’s business is Dr. Santi Jirawattanangkura, my son and a young executive who is highly suitable for the Mazda brand. He will be responsible for running all the businesses of the new showroom,” he said.

The Thai Phetchkasem Autocar showroom is located at 10/2-10, Moo 1, Kanchanapisek Road, Bangyai, Bangkhae, Bangkok 10160 tel.02-804-2233. Mazda Phetkasem is a modern facility that corresponds to modern and sporty products under the “Zoom-Zoom” philosophy such as Mazda vehicles. Highlights include modern servicing equipment carrying Mazda global standards that allow mechanics, who are highly experienced due to continuous training by Mazda, to work with high precision. Repair warranty is a main policy that Mazda has always maintained.
