Bangkok, 27 July 2009 (NNT) – Vice President of the newly-established Thailand Advisory Institution for the Future announces that many economists are gathering to reflect existing problems through standardized social indicators and researches.
Vice President of Thailand Advisory Institution for the Future Dr. Somprot Sarakosas says that numerous economists from universities and financial institutions will be gathering to reflect existing problems – economic, social and political – through standardized social indicators and researches.
A seminar on “The Second Stimulus Package for the Country’s Economy: Will Thailand Get Really Stronger? will be held on July 31 this year at Centara Grand CentralWorld Hotel to coincide with the official opening of the institution. He explains further that the institution will be officially established on July 31 this year with two major responsibilities: to organize the seminars on specific problems both in the city and in the rural area and to set up social indicators that would be the national think tank to find out, analyze and present the fact to the society.
Finally, Dr. Somprot confirms that the Institution would significantly contribute to the society and also find the remedies to be presented to the Government.
