GH Bank offers express housing loans before tax stimulus expires

BANGKOK, 3 March 2010 (NNT) – The Government Housing Bank is offering a special express loan package before the tax stimulus for real estate expires at the end of March.

Following a recent ministerial resolution to lift the property tax incentives, Director of the GH Bank, Mr Khan Prachuabmoh, said the bank is prepared for an expected increase in loan applications this month as the package is due to expire on 28 March. The Bank has launched a new campaign which guarantees an express credit approval within 7 working days after document submission and contract signing within 3 working days after the approval.

The campaign would help reduce expense of those who wish to have their own properties.
