KAUST Delegation Visits Prince Mohammad bin Fahd University

Al-Khobar: A delegation from the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) visited Prince Mohammed bin Fahd University (PMU) recently.
They met with PMU’s Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, Dr. Nassar M. Shaikh and Vice Rector for Business Affairs and Development, Dr. Adel Al-Saleh. This delegation also exchanged views with the Deans, Directors and other members of academic and administrative leadership.
They explored PMU infrastructure—adoption of modern technological resources in academic programs especially application of latest Information Technology tools.
PMU chose modern infrastructure for academic programs to ease learning strategies for students. The visiting delegates keenly analyzed it while touring to the campus.
They were briefed about the partnerships PMU has done ever with international institutions or corporate groups. Such affiliations are part of this university’s strategy for global academic involvement.
PMU facilitates modern learning environment through the application of state of the art teaching methods like smart classrooms and English language laboratories.
The KAUST team appreciated PMU infrastructure and praised the distinctive role of technology in modern academic environments.
Such visits are part of PMU’s policy to develop the culture for premeditated communication plan with Saudi and international institutions of higher learning.
