BANGKOK, 3 June 2010 (NNT) – Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva has vowed to hastily proceed with his five-point reconciliation plan while instructing all ministers to prioritize the public interest in every process.
After the two-day no-confidence debate ended with the result in favor of the government side, PM Abhisit today posted a comment on his Facebook page, promising that the government would perform duties to the best of its ability. He deemed that the votes of confidence were a sign of approval from the House and the people for the government to further administer the country.
In his comment, PM Abhisit also confirmed that the reconciliation roadmap would be pushed forward in order to restore peace in the country. He added that all cabinet ministers would collaboratively work with great determination for the sake of the country.
